ONLINE ORDERS
Shipping Policy
ORDERS WITHIN THE UK
Orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
All orders submitted over the weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) will be posted on Monday, with orders submitted on a Monday or Tuesday being posted on Wednesday, and orders submitted on Wednesday or Thursday being posted on Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order, and 2-3 days for standard delivery.
Shipping within the UK is complimentary and orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class signed for.
Please email info@skinw1.com if you require urgent next day delivery or same day courier delivery within Central London. This can be arranged on a case by case basis for an additional charge (we will pass on to you whatever courier/shipping charge we are quoted).
If your order has not been received within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation, please email info@skinw1.com to retrieve tracking information.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any lost packages that are marked ‘delivered’ by the Royal Mail Tracking Service.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently ship to Europe via Royal Mail (£20 flat fee) and most other countries via DHL International (£40 flat fee).
CUSTOMS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the shipping charges. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs are. We do not collect customs fees from your shipping fee.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any lost international packages or any international deliveries that get held up in Customs.
Order Cancellations
Any orders made on the online store www.drrabiamalik.com can be cancelled within 24 hours, prior to the goods being sent out for delivery for a full refund.
An email is sent out at the point the order is ready for dispatch and at this point the order can still be cancelled, but the goods must be returned before payment can be refunded. Once items have been sent out, they need to be returned within 14 days of your cancellation in order to receive a full refund.
Returns
Please email info@skinw1.com if you wish to return an item. You will then be emailed instructions for the return. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return accepted return items to DRRM Skincare Ltd (4 Old Park Lane, London W1K 1QW) for a full refund.
Only products that are in their original packaging that have been unused can be returned, unless otherwise agreed with Dr Rabia’s office.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If any product is damaged in transit or faulty, please email info@skinw1.com upon receipt so the issue can be addressed and the item replaced or refunded as appropriate.
Redistribution
Buyer does not have the right to redistribute products. Please contact us by emailing info@skinw1.com to enquire about distributing SkinW1® Products in your area.
IN-CLINIC CONSULTATION AND TREATMENT BOOKINGS
Cancellations
At the time of booking your appointment, a £195 non refundable deposit will be collected to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your consultation or treatment charge upon checkout.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.
If an appointment is missed, cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice, you will forfeit the £195 deposit, unless there are attenuating circumstances, in which case this will be at Dr Rabia’s and/or the clinic’s discretion.
REMOTE CONSULTATIONS
Payment and Procedure
Remote/Video Consultations will be conducted via a video link that will be emailed to you prior to the appointment.
Payment must be made via the digital payment link 24 hours prior to the consultation to secure the appointment.
A follow up email/Skin Plan will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your consultation with Dr Rabia Malik.
