This is my recommendation for an effective regime and a suggested timeline.
When it comes to doing at-home treatments, I generally recommend everything be done at night, giving skin time to settle and heal, before the next day. Please make sure you are wearing sunscreen the following morning (ideally, every morning!) to prevent any potential skin damage or sensitivity.
