London hot spots 2017
Living in London definitely has it perks, one of them being that there are so many things to do, places to see and new cafes to try out. I thought I would write a post not only for my readers that live in London but also for my patients visiting from abroad to check out some of my favourite spots in London. They are all West London spots as that’s usually where I am!
If you’re looking for a brunch place that does super healthy vegetarian yet delicious food then you have to pay a visit to Farmacy. My favourite dishes are the buckwheat pancakes and the middle eastern bowl. If you want a quick detox then go for one of their ‘farmeceutical’ syringe shots - the ‘beautify’ one for glowing skin of course!
The Daylesford farm shop in Westbourne Grove has all your organic needs. Whether you want to do a bit of grocery shopping, pick up some healthy lunch or a gift for a friend. I’d highly recommend trying their shortbread biscuits - I’m hooked on them!
A cute Aussie cafe situated on Portobello road - you’ve probably seen the matcha lattes and pink tables all over Instagram by now! I love coming here on a sunny day as they have a lovely outdoor terrace! The acai bowl here is amazing.
Portobello road is a must-see on a Saturday. It can get really busy but it’s so worth it for the colourful townhouses and the famous vintage market where you can get anything from fruit to furniture.
Clean and Lean Cafe, Bodyism
One of my favourite spots to grab a protein shake and one of their ‘Life Changing Bodyism Cookies’ - you won’t regret it! They also sell activewear as well as being a gym studio at the back so perfect for you gym bunnies that live or are staying nearby!
Wild at Heart Florist
A beautiful florist in the middle of Westbourne Grove, you can’t miss the bright blue brick walls! A great spot to take photos and of course pick up a bunch of your favourite blooms.
